CONDITION OF RETURN & EXCHANGE

  • We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. You can return any purchase in unworn and good condition for any reason within 14 days of receipt of your shipment and obtain a prompt exchange or refund on your merchandise. Delivery and handling charges on returns are NOT refundable, but we will send all exchange items freight free. Please include your PAYPAL order number for easy reference.
  • Please note that we cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion. We cannot accept items returned after 60 days.
  • Replacements will depend on the availability of the item. In case the replacement item is out of stock, we will refund your amount.
  • Refund or replacement will be initiated once we receive your item and pass it through the necessary quality checks.
  • Items sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged or returned individually.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Time — Most orders received before 3:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 3:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by 2BEAUT.COM or other parties only as an estimate. The time for delivery/performance shall not be of the essence, and 2BEAUT.COM shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or performance howsoever caused.

Due to the custom nature of these writing instruments, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. We ship all products via Malaysia Postal Service whenever possible (Small Packet – Air).

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
